Carrie brings 15 years plus of experience in the commercial real estate industry with her to the Davis family of companies as well as over 20 years of experience working with family-owned businesses.  Her expertise includes NNN leases, gross leases, commercial retail shopping centers, office buildings, and raw land acquisitions.

Carrie joined the Davis family as a Commercial Real Estate Accountant in 2015.  In addition to overseeing day to day real estate transactions, tenant and vendor account reconciliations, and managing the AR/AP cycle, Carrie supervises the accounting and administrative staff, assists with all budgeting and forecasting, and serves as a tenant liaison handling all monetary tenant transactions and inquiries. She is a critical member of our staff, and is a proud member of the Davis family.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, photography, planning parties, scrapbooking, and traveling.
