Prior to joining Davis Holdings in Houston, Brady spent four years in the Permian Basin as an Asset Engineer for Discovery Operating Inc. Gaining comprehensive, hands-on field experience spanning the entire operational lifecycle, he monitored daily production and supervised drilling, stimulation, and workover campaigns.

In his current role, Brady engineers’ subsurface wellbore designs, casing programs, and surface production facilities, while also authoring operational procedures, managing vendor procurement, and evaluating project economics for interest owners. This robust operational foundation directly informs his disciplined approach to evaluating commercial opportunities for the family office.

Brady holds a B.S. in Geosystems Engineering and Hydrogeology from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Rice University.
